Where Official Rabun Records Come From
Use the court named on the notice and route the request as follows:
- A docket sheet: use the docket search route for the named court, or request it from that court's clerk
- A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
- Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
